SHORT APPEARANCE;; Tall, slender, slight build, brown-red hair, hazel eyes, wears a head dress, red shoulder guard, Gold plated-clawed gloves, gold plated boots, red baggy pants, black and white Japanese-style coat, a puffy red and white head dress :3, a gold helm with two spikes under the puffy thing :3
APPEARANCE;; Mitsunari is tall, slender with a slight build. He has long brown-red hair that goes past his shoulders. He has hazel eyes and wears a fluffy head dress over a gold helm with the horns sticking out of the puffy thing. The fluffy thing is half white on the top and the other half, red. Mitsunari wears a Japanese styled coat with red trimmings and half of it is white on the top while black on the bottom half. The coat has his personal insignia on it. He wears gold plated gloves that have claws on the nails, baggy red pants and gold-plated boots. He carries around a Japanese war fan that is red and white on the inside, and a black and red thermos to hold his tea.
THE PERSONALITY

PERSONALITY;; Mitsunari is blunt, he never shows his happy side… Ever. He’s a bit intimidating and finds the best opportunity to use sarcasm when possible. He feels a strong sense of justice and hope but never shows his soft side. Mitsunari pays attention to other matters than Pokemon battling and is extremely tactful on saying things. Mitsun loves to drink tea, and it helps him keep his clam exterior. Being an S-Rank Connoisseur, Mitsunari may be blunt but tries his best to evaluate with true opinions rather than all the bad things on who he is evaluating. Mitsunari always keeps a cool head and is always prepared when someone attempts to play mind games with him. Usually, he’s reading a book and drinking his tea. He likes to study things and study people and Pokemon. He has difficulty making friends but really, he cares for the ones he calls his friends, DEEPLY, to the point that he will sacrifice is life for them. Mitsunari likes quiet places and reading and drinking tea. He always has this odd staring blankly at random people and/or things. He is very fond of his Bisharp and shares the same qualities as his Pokemon.

HISTORY;;
IN THE PAST
Mitsunari was adopted by Hideyoshi Toyotomi, an extremely successful business man, when he was young. His real mother and father abandoned him when he was a newborn, because a bunch of crooks wanted to kill his biological family for their money. Mitsun grew up with a few other boys. Most of them enjoyed Pokemon battles and fist fights and horsing around causing mischief. Mitsunari was always that one quiet kid all by himself reading a book. When he was of age to move on, on his own, as a Pokemon Trainer, Mitsunari figured he’d rather not battle. But when he met his partner, his Bisharp, everything changed. Mitsunari wanted Bisharp to evolve from a Pawniard fast. Ironically, Mitsunari had to battle lots of other Trainers in order to have it evolve.
Mitsunari passed many tests to become a Connoisseur with his Bisharp and soon acquired the title of S-Rank Connoisseur. Mitsunari, satisfied with his position decided to travel around for a bit with his partner, but still, he was never able to make friends.
THE PRESENT
Mitsunari now goes around evaluating Pokemon as well as battling whenever he felt like it. But still, no one has ever seen Mitsunari’s soft side still…
