Even Asher doesn't really know. However, to those he considers friends, he'll go through hell to protect them. This side of him is more often seen when he has the intention to kill. Despite what many may think, however, he won't kill someone just because he doesn't like them. From his experience, it usually causes more trouble than it's worth and eventually backfires on him. Nonetheless, Asher is a formidable enemy if he doesn't like someone, and he'll often do just about anything to make that person fear him.
