How does the Friendship system work here? How does the Nature system work here? How does the Effort Values system work here? How does the Individual values system work here? Lotsa questions, but I thought it would be helpful for the pokemods if we knew how those systems work in FSB :3 Whether we follow these systems down to every word or not depends on whether we wanna be more accurate to the game, or more flexible like the anime, or more realistic like the manga.

Oo. Good questions. *totally didn't take a lot of these things into account* DANGIT. Anywho, to answer your questions...
Friendship... is difficult. I'm going to assume that a lot of the trainers have known or owned their starter Pokemon for quite some time - with the exception of a few, of course - giving them plenty of time to develope a mutual feeling of respect, trust, and friendship with one another. For that reason, I doubt it'd be like the friendship system in the games. I don't imagine it being much like the anime, either. Seriously? Pokemon being totally cool with being enslaved and being completely loyal to their trainers after their capture, no questions asked? I mean, there was an exception everyone once in a while - *cough* Pikachu, anyone? *cough* - but, other then that, that was how it went. So, I guess we're going with the manga's take on it. Depending on the Pokemon - their personality and how willing they are to working along side a human - the friendship will go up at different rates. I highly suggest you read all of this chapter to fully understand how evolutions* will occur... and for the fact that this is an amazing arc with one heck of a chapter. ... And then look at Gold's amazing expression. X3
Nature here do not effect stats as they do in the games. Natures simply describe the overall personality of a certain Pokemon. So... a Pokemon with an "Impish" nature would be just that. Impish in personality.
EVs and IVs... Well, as you know, HP goes up by five for each level. I guess that by itself throws EVs and IVs out the window. I would say that a Pokemon's stats would be raise by either 1, 2, or 3 depending on what stats it excells in. Three stats go up by one, two by two, and one by three. You can choose with stats you want to raise more while still following the idea that a certain Pokemon has a variety of stats it excells in. Okay. Let's make an example for those who are confused. Let's use Flygon because Flygon are awesome. Flygon has an overall total of 520. It's base attack and speed are 100 with everything else being 80. So. Let's say my Flygon levels up. It's stats would go up like this:
HP +1 Attack +2 Defense +1 Sp.Atk +2 Sp.Def +1 Speed +3
Then, when it levels up again, the stats would go up like this:
HP +2 Attack +3 Defense +1 Sp.Atk +1 Sp.Def +2 Speed +1
Confused? Sorry. That's the best I can explain it. ^^;
So... There you go. PEACE OUT.

YEAH, MY STAT SYSTEM IS SOMEWHAT DECENT. *cough* Well, the system for keeping track would be... difficult. How would we do that? Make a thread where everyone posts when their Pokemon gains a level telling us their stats? Or have a form for them to fill out and let them make a thread of their own where they can update their changes periodically? P:
