Serperior evaluated the happy Ducklett swimming and splashing by as his Trainer sat at the bench not far from one it the city’s finest fountains. Serperior’s Trainer, Cheren was reading a book. Cheren closed the book after he marked off the page he finished reading, sighed and pushed up his glasses. “Oh, what a bother,” he complained, “Serperior, don’t tell me you want to stay here?” Serperior immediately shook its head left and right frantically. “Oh,” Cheren stood up from the bench, “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding friend,” And patted Serperior on the head, “This Irasia is very relaxing, isn’t it?” Serperior nodded in agreement. “You know, I’m always happy to see fountains. It’s just a nice thing to see.” Serperior looked at another fountain farther in the distance. “And what’s even better is that this place is filled with fountains!” He picked up his book, “Serperior, I love relaxing and quiet places, and you know it.” Serperior smiled and laughed a bit. “Anyways, let’s go for a walk to see some more fountains.” Serperior smiled. “And let’s see if you can find more Duckletts.” Cheren laughed. Well, he certainly was gaining a bit of attention.
Justin and Raikou padded along the streets of the water city, enjoying the sights and sounds of the splashing water and the people that passed by. A few people wanted pictures of the rare Pokemon, but Justin hurried away from the crowds. Raikou was in a hurry, as well. All of the people... there could be anyone ready to just take him away. However, when he followed Justin... they all assumed that he was a trained Pokemon. Therefore, he was safe.
Perhaps this human wasn't so bad afterall.
Let's take a stop at one of these fountains, eh? Justin suggested, sitting down at the nearest one he could find. Thew ater was crystal clear and beautiful, like the rest of the city, and Raikou couldn't help but try a bit of it. Soon he was lapping at the water and seeing his reflection in them. He bit at it for fun, splashing a bit of water onto Justin. He gave the tiger a playful shove, who proceeded to knock the trainer into the fountain.
Justin resurfaced, sputtering water. With a devilish grin, he pulled at the Raikou as well, giving him the same fate that he did to Justin. Both now in the fountain, it turned into an all out water splashing war between the legendary and the trainer. I thought cats didn't like water. Justin teased. Raikou paused, wondering why he was playing with the human, but shrugged it off, tackling at him instead. [/blockquote]

“I don’t believe this…” Cheren stood frozen and astonished at the site, “A Raikou, one of the Legendary Beasts that resides in the Johto Region!” Serperior glanced at the happy Raikou and his Trainer, “It must like humans.” He thought. Cheren walked over casually, though he was still a little jumpy and decided to talk to Raikou’s trainer. Unfortunately, he cringed and sat at the nearest bench instead of introducing himself properly. He sighed and placed his book on his lap. “Why are you procrastinating?” Serperior thought. He nudged Cheren, “What are you doing just sitting there? Go say hello! It’s never like you to do this, ever!” “Serperior, I have no idea if I should, I wouldn’t want anyone interrupting my good times, so why should I? Besides, they probably never noticed me here.” Serperior rolled its eyes and slithered on its own to the fountain where the Thunder Legend was spending time with its Trainer. “Serperior!” Cheren yelled nervously as he called to his partner, “W-what are you doing? Get back here!” The Regal Pokémon looked at his friend briefly and continued its way towards the fountain. “I’m trying to see if I can find more Duckletts, as well as getting that Legend’s attention silly,”

There were certainly no Duckletts in this fountain, especially when it came to Raikou being in it. Getting lost in the fun they were having, surprising of course, but still. It wasn't until Raikou caught the sound of the slithering snake. His lips curled into a snarl, baring his already visible fangs. The joking stopped and Raikou backed up, growling. Justin sat up in the water, looking about while Raikou's tail lashed.
A Pokemon was approaching, and on the bench across from Justin sat a man, probably the snake's trainer. That would have to wait though. TheRaikou needed to be subdued quickly, because he seemed to not be the happiest camper. Justin stood in the fountain and walked over, placing his hand on the beast's shoulder, giving it a rub while talking. Now is the time to act calm, Raikou. He whispered. The growl didn't die, but after Justin repeated it softly, it died. Soon the muscles were untense once more and he sat, glaring about.
Now, back to the people. The snake was at the fountain, and he reached out to try and pat the thing while calling out to the boy. Heya! Your snake? he asked, unaware of the species name, not being from the origin region. [/blockquote]

“Heya! Your snake?” He asked. At this moment, Cheren didn’t know how to reply. Serperior looked at Raikou and gave him a friendly smile, “I’m not here to hard you, Legend,” As it accepted the pat on its head happily. Cheren snapped out of it, “Uh, yes, that’s my Serperior,” he stood up and walked to the other Trainer. “I’m Cheren, nice to meet you; sorry it took me so long to say something.” But Cheren, for once in his life, was unprepared on what Raikou and his trainer’s response was. He wasn’t intimidated, he wasn’t jealous, he was rather nervous. “You seem u-unfamiliar with my Serperior, it can only be found in the Unova Region, that’s where I’m from, you see.”
