SHORT APPEARANCE;; Petite-looking young girl with black hair and silver eyes.

Nelly is the average size of an 11 year old petite girl. Her hands are small, and her height is a little shorter than most girls her age. She doesn't take notice of it, but it's apparent when she's around her friends. She stands about 4 foot 5. Her build is rather small as well, giving her really thin arms and legs, and a tiny waist. As a girl reaching that "certain age," she is beginning to develop a more womanly figure, so to say. Her hips are beginning to have more curves, and she is losing her "baby fat." Much to her older brother's dismay, she's turning into a woman.

Nelly's hair is black (even though it looks blue in the picture....) and her eyes are a unique silver color. Her hair is pretty long and reaches pretty far down her back. She usually likes to pull it up into pigtails or a ponytail, and occasionally wears it down if it's not too windy or hot. Nelly's wardrobe consists of anything her brother will let her wear, which isn't much of a selection. She usually wears shorts and t-shirts/tanktops, and when given the choice she'll wear skirts.

PERSONALITY;;

Nelly is pretty much the exact opposite of her brother Damien. She is very outgoing, and is almost always found outside playing with her Pokemon and swimming. She is kind and caring, and doesn't hesitate in helping a hurt Pokemon. She loves to make friends and others are naturally drawn to her. Even though she looks week and frail, this girl will kick any guy's butt if they mess with her, given the situation. She has a very short temper, and the littlest of stupid things could get her fired up. However, she never lets her temper flare when her brother's around. It embarrasses her for him to see her mad. She never gets mad at her Pokemon, but can a little grumpy at Damien. She would never for the life of her yell at him, though. Nelly is very adventurous and loves to explore, so she's in a paradise now that her brother's letting her travel with him. When not mad, Nelly is very fun to have around and loves to crack jokes. She'll become your friend is you're nice to her.

HISTORY;;

Nelly was born in Irisia City to her parents four years after they had Damien. Her and her brother are the only two kids. Nelly grew up normal and was washed in love by her parents, but when Damien started school they started paying less and less attention to her. Damien was their "special child," and amazed everyone with his intellect. He was really smart, and as Nelly got older she began to get jealous of her older brother. She was just normal, and was nothing special to the family except a cute little face. Nonetheless, she still maintained her good manners and obeyed her parents. She didn't want to be that child, the one who hates everyone and everything. She never let her jealousy get out of control, but when she learned that her brother was waiting for her to turn 11 to take her on his journeys, she became a totally different person. All the years she was alive she had thought that Damien didn't care for her, or hardly even notice her for that matter, but he actually did care for her! So, she did the normal thing any girl would do. Cry her eyes out and eat a crap ton of ice cream before making her brother all sorts of goodies for him. She made it apparent that she loved him immensely, and was ecstatic the day that her parents let them out to travel, and was excited to take with her the Vaporeon that she had grown up with since she was a baby. The Vaporeon, named Mizu, was a Eevee when Nelly's parents got it for her, but it evolved into a Vaporeon about a month of two before the two siblings departed from home. With her favorite Pokemon is tow, Nelly hopes to catch more water Pokemon along the way of her journey with the help of her big brother.
