What Scarlet Ria Yavonna or anyone but one woman knows is that Scarlet was abandoned for a reason. And that woman still watches out for her.
Her original name was Scarlet Renae Steele. Her father being Giovanni Steele and her mother being Arianna. A woman of high rank in what was once Team Rocket. When she first born him a daughter he was furious and demanded she be killed. But Arianna couldn't bare to kill her daughter she paid someone to fly her to a new region and leave her at the orphanage is a large city where she would blend in like any other parentless child. Once the child was gone she told Giovanni that the baby was killed. He never knew she was alive and well in another region.
On her daughters ninth birthday she shipped a trapinch egg to her daughter. Shortly after that Arianna disappeared.
Scarlet knows nothing of this. She knows not who her parents are or that she has a brother named Silver Steele. All she knows is she was abandoned at the orphanage.
