It had been a whole week since she caught Star and they had been attacked by Fearow's. Her pokemon where back to one hundred percent. But Dove was still healing. She had a few cuts that still showed. She had just had her stitches removed that morning so she could finally continue her journey. Star lay curled around her neck sleeping. For it was very early the sun wasn't even up yet. But in the distance you could see the slightest glow from the sun. She smiled softly and looked down at Thorn and Ivory. "Well guys where back on route again. Lets see if we can catch one more pokemon and than we'll do some training. We'll be able to do a two on two battle."

Growlithe || male || Intimidate || Fire || Lv 8 || Bite || Roar || Ember || Leer Growlithe's HP: 40/40 Battle Summary: ~
What was this trainer doing here? This was his territory! How dare they! After watching these strangers for a while, he jumped out in view of the trainer, barking aggressively. He was the strongest Growlithe here, and he felt that it was his duty to keep the order and peace around here. Trainers who passed through to capture the pokemon in his territory were enemies! "Grrrrr.....Growl!(Go away! Go away or I'll attack!)" He growled, although the likelihood of the trainer and pokemon understanding what he said was unlikely. Still, he half-crouched in a battle-ready stance, baring his fangs boldly.

Dove stopped mid step when she heard a growl. Star must have been real tired for she still slept on. But Ivory and Thorn had tensed up and growled as well. They changed from Zorua's to Arcanine's. It was their basic defense hoping to scare what ever it was off unless their mistress wanted to capture it. Than Ivory spotted it a growlith. "It must be protecting it's territory. Their pretty territorial."
Thorn stepped forward and growled at the growlith He stomped his food and used illusion on the pokemon to make it think it was an earthquake.
Dove smiled, "Well done Thorn now Ivory use Faint Attack." Nudging star to wake her she smiled and pointed at the growlith. "Want to help?"
Star opened her eyes groggily and yawned. She than looked at the growlith and her eyes widened. She was now fully awake.
Laughing Dove took that as a yes. "Ok than Star use quick attack."
Ivory and Star attacked together running at the growlith.

Growlithe's fur bristled as the intruders refused to leave. In fact, they had done something worse, challenged him to a battle. All Growlithe knew to not mess with anothers territory, it was bad luck, bad will, and of course, bad for them because they'd lose. However, apparently the trainer knew nothing, or knew no fear.
However, Growlithe would change that.
With a snarl, he prepared an ember within his throat, but the Pokemon that first jumped out at him... it was... different. With a flash of an eye, Growlithe felt fear strike it's heart as the ground around him began to shake and roll with the pwoer of a mighty earthquake. Flinching down to protect himself, he curled into somewhat of a protective ball, unknowing that he was in fact completely safe and under the power of an illusion. It wasn't until he was struck with a Faint Attack did he realize he'd been duped.
Already missing his opportunity to attack, the dog snarled at his own shoddy luck. And of course, as unfair as trainers tended to be, yet another Pokemon was preparing it's attack. One of the same species with the illusion. However, he wouldn't be fooled again. he charged forward, hoping to perhaps catch it off guard, but the fox disappeared into a flash of black shadow. When it appeared once more... it was too late. Growlithe let out a snarl as the Zorua clipped his shoulder, sending him into the ground. He wouldn't be beat though. Struggling back up from the heavy hit, he managed to dodge the THIRD Pokemon thrown at him.
Ugh. Trainers.

Dove smiled good, things where good. "Star use another quick attack. Ivory at the same time use Scratch." She noticed Thorn looked up at her expecting an order to attack as well. But she shook her head so he stayed where he was ready to attack or dodge if needed.
Star smiled excitedly and took off running so fast she disappeared. She ran at the growlith than turned away and ran to attack from behind hoping to confuse him.
Ivory went for a head on attack. She jumped at him the claws on her one foot elongated and glowed. Though she used her illusion to make them look longer than they where.

Growlithe || male || Intimidate || Fire || Lv 8 || Bite || Roar || Ember || Leer Growlithe's HP: 0/40 Battle Summary: Growlithe was hit by Quick Attack and Scratch! Growlithe has fainted and is available to be captured!
Growlithe cringed. That last attack nearly took everything out of him. He wondered if he could take another double attack like that again. This battle wasn't even fair! Two pokemon against one? He wished that he could speak human so that he could give that human a piece of his mind, but in this situation, he probably was in no position to demand anything. Again, he tried to bring forth embers against the incoming attackers, but he was no match for the Zorua's speed. With a whimper, the fire puppy found himself in a very tight spot, knowing he wouldn't be able to avoid those fearsome looking claws. He could only flinch at the last second, but that didn't change the outcome. After being having his pelt painfully scratched up and bleeding, he was too overcome by the stinging of the scratches to avoid the attack by the Sentret that came soon after, bowling him over and knocking him clean out.

Yes she got him. Grabbing an empty poke'ball she threw it at the weekend pokemon as soon as it was knocked out. As soon as she captured it she would heal it. Hopefully the growlithe would heal and forgive her for using an unfair advantage. As the poke'ball hit the growlithe her pokemon came back to her side. Star jumped onto Doves Shoulder and laid down with a smile on her face. While Ivory and Thorn returned to her sides dropping what ever was left of the illusion. "You all did a great job guys I'm proud of you." She looked to the poke'ball and hoped it would stay in.
