In this game, the poster makes a wish, and the next person says something like, "wish granted, however...." and a bad side effect comes with the wish. Then, they make a wish, and the pattern goes on.

Example:

I wish for a pet tiger.

Wish Granted, but the tiger is not tamed, and eats you.

I wish I had all the money in the world.

Wish granted, but you die from giving birth to all the money in the world.
