Cicara is a mammalian creature with brown fur, a bushy tail that has a cream-colored tip, and a large furry collar that is also cream-colored. It has four short, feline-like legs with three small toes on each foot. She has brown eyes, long pointed ears, and pink paw pads. She has traits of rabbits, foxes, dogs, and cats. From the rabbit she has large pointed ears; from the fox, the large bushy tail with a white tip, from dogs, the body and build of a puppy, and from a cat, the facial and head structure. As a baby eevee, she is very small and young.

PERSONALITY;;

Chikara strongly believes that pre-evolved pokemon can be just as strong as their evolved forms. When others even suggest that pre-evolved pokemon like charmander, eevee, pichu, and poochyena aren't as powerful as charizard, flareon, raichu, and mightyena, she will quickly reprimand them and explain that pre-evolved pokemon are just as good as evolved pokemon when it comes to power. In situations where she cannot communicate, as in when talking to humans, she will show her disapproval by either biting them harshly, or from afar, viciously kicking sand in their faces. Chikara's personal dream, or goal, for the future, is to become a very powerful female pokemon, even if she never evolves, while secretly not wanting to evolve so that she can prove that she can be strong even without evolving. She can be quite fierce sometimes, acting violently even when "trying" to be gentle. Even her brother also describes her personality as fierce and scary. Chikara also has shown a strong distaste for weakness or being overly dependent on other people, trainers and pokemon. Despite this, she is not above showing a softer side when it comes to her family and fellow eevees. She holds great respect for her mother and father, and often helps them whenever she can. Chikara has also shown a feminine side, giggling and commenting to herself that Miles is cute when he begins to act so ignorantly curious that it's a bit humerous. She's observant, witty, analytical, intelligent, and perceptive. Chikara also has a naturally inquisitive nature and doesn't like to be kept out of things. She doesn't enjoy having to run for whole days without a break and is more easy going. But generally, she is more stoic than the opposite, and enjoys days where she can finally relax in a safe enviroment, and for obvious reasons, where she can relax from the constant worry of trainers wanting to catch her.

FEARS;; having to depend on a trainer, losing her credibility for her strength to a proud trainer
GOALS;; Chikara's personal dream, or goal, for the future, is to become a very powerful female pokemon, even if she never evolves, while secretly not wanting to evolve so that she can prove that she can be strong even without evolving.
STRENGTHS;; naturally vicious in combat, and also quite talented as well. She has great instinct, as well as great aim, as she is shown to hit her enemies right where she wants when kicking sand at them.
WEAKNESSES;; While great with natural, non-elemental attacks like kicking sand, biting, tackling, and quick attacks, she has virtually no talent or skill when using super-power attacks like hyper beam, is unable to "raise her team's attack stat" with Helping Hand, and therefore, cannot "learn" moves like this. Although it may be possible to use Tms on her, she may or may not be able to effectively use those moves.
QUIRKS/HABITS;; She is left pawed.
She also has a bit of a habit of "over-doing it", sometimes being a bit too violent or rough with others, and may become overly brutal when attacking.

HISTORY;;

Chikara was born to Stella the Espeon and Yukio the Umbreon on Castaway Isle along with her brother, Miles. She was always an inquisitive pokemon, but not nearly as much so as her brother Miles, who takes curiosity to a new level. But more than her curiosity noticed was her brutality. Sometimes she treated her brother in a way that can be labelled "bullying", for her treatment from him always seemed to go off the violent side. She was always the one to reprimand her brother for always letting his curiosity get in the way of his decisions, as well as being the one to give him a brutal "nip" as punishment. But really, she loves her brother very much, and truly cares for him.

But unlike her brother, and much like her mother, she has a dislike for humans as well, but unique to her own, she also has a dislike for pokemon who depend on trainers, and let trainers tell them what to do. Her dislike for humans is not nearly as severe as her mother's hatred for them, so she usually is the one her brother will talk to about his fascination with them, which she will quickly reprimand him of as well.
