lyra castiel is a seventeen-year-old rookie trainer who moved to the lyeant region from the region of johto. after a somewhat traumatic past, she hoped the moving somewhere far away from her few remaining relatives and home would help her clear her mind and become a better trainer in the process. she's a little - okay, little is an understatement - clueless and not very bright, but she'd probably one of the cheeriest people you'll ever meet. she'd in a couple of threads already, but, hopefully, she can be in a whole lot more. check out her profile if you want a better idea of her character, and let's get plotting! click for bio friends !
okay, first thing is first - friends. though this is probably one of the things that'll help the least in plotting, this is probably the most likely reltionship she'll have with people. being as oblivious to danger or love as she is, lyra can always know when she's got a friend to turn to. though she's a bit annoying and - let's face it - idiotic at times, she makes for a lively and trustworthy friend. and, even though she's not goof at reading people and telling when their upset, her peppy attitude can help cheer up anyone. enemies make for some of the best threads. however, when we're talking about someone like lyra, she can't exactly tell when someone hates her unless someone comes out and tell her. and, even then, she'll probably pass it off as a joke until it finally gets through her thick skull that not everyone is a fan of her's. i suppose here, these would just be people really annoyed or angered by her that would lead to some pretty hilarious threads. love is probably the thing she'll be most oblivious to... and most opposed to. after her first and only crush, ethan, was killed, she has tried her hardest to forget about any romantic feelings she's ever had in her past, now, and any she might have in the future. but, you never know. lyra may be a clutz, but she's pretty cute. plus, love knows no boundaries, right? one-sided relationships always add up for a lot of drama, too. LOVER(S):

Will and Lyra~
Possibly start out Lyra as an annoyance that follows Will/keeps bumping into him, then manages to worm under Will's protection. Friend or lover are both options that could develop.

Hm. I am torn. Do I go with my favorite shipping of all time being LyraXSilver, or have Lyra start to have feelings for Will, just for the kicks and giggles? Because, honestly, I think that would be pretty funny, guessing as she's the stupid little moron she is falling for someone as dark and smart as little ol' Will. XD But, yeah, I can probably see her clinging to him for dear life 'cause that's what she does and the two growing on one another. I think I'll toss his name in the friends category, though, since she sees him as her friend already. ^^

Both could happen. They could share a puppy love until Will seemingly goes over to the dark side and they'll both feel betrayed. Then they could either reconcile or you could move to shipping Silver.

Yeah, that works, too. Let's do it! I'd say we could start a thread, but there's already a thread with the two of 'em in it! Wait a minute, wasn't there a plot where Silver gets amnesia and goes to the dark side, too? I think I helped plot that. O.O Gosh, why does Lyra always have to be left in heartbreak? XD So... One sided friendship that becomes a mutual friendship that becomes something a little more than that for a bit...? Does that sound about right?

I wasn't aware of any previous plots so I dunno. The romance might be able to fall through though. But I'll worry about that bridge when I get to it. Anywho, yep yep that sounds about right.

Aw, heck yes! Believe? You know it, girl! XD Kidding, kidding. But, seriously. It's hard for these two not to be friends. They're pretty similar - other than the fact that Lyra's a moron and Gold is actually smart - so they'd probably get along well. Plus, they're thread ended up as thread of the month. That must mean something, right? :3 I'll throw his name down for ya' under friends. ^^

I get the feeling that some feelings of jealousy will come whenever Crystal sees Lyra making Gold happy, and it's kinda symbolic, since Lyra replaced Crystal in the games, and their personalities go with it too, so I can imagine Crystal being annoyed and jealous of Lyra, placing her in Lyra's enemies category, even if Lyra herself doesn't realize it xD

Ooo, I like this idea... I was imagining the whole, JOHTO BUDDIES FOR LIFE!! sorta thing, but I prefer this, honestly. XD Even though Lyra's going to be super confused as to why a "friend" of her's is being so mean to her. X3 I'll slap li'l ol' Crys' name down in the enemies, then~!

Lyra's going to be one of those people who insists that Ranmaru is a girl. I can almost guarentee you that. Even when he tells her, "No, I'm a guy..." she'll just take it as him pulling her leg. But, yeah, I can imagine these two getting alone. I'll throw him in the friends catergory~!
